Hello guys. I'm from Brazil and I was at the Universal at the beginning of January (2019). My experience was amazing. It was like a dream to be there. The only problem I had was regarding a Spider-Man key chan that I bought in one of the Universal Studios' stores. I'm enclosing the pictures of this stuff as well as the receipt so you can check. How can you guys solve this problem by taking into account that I live in another country? Thanks in advance for your attention.
