I talked to their supervisor Ted K. He was pretty unfriendly and unwilling to help. He did not even try to listen to me and understand my situation. If you want to cancel your subscription at Keeps, you will hardly cope with that without turning to their customer service. And the fact that they do not allow you to return unused/unreceived products is nonsense. Do not buy anything from KEEPS. Never!!!
If you are actual Representative of KEEPS you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
