was given a customer service number from evine/hg, and when i called the message went to Rachel ray, so i hung up knowing that this was not customer service for paula dean. after loving this 8.5qt airfryer almost 5 times a week for about a yr, bought one for my son and encouraging others to purchase one, the airfryer stopped wking, it would not turn on. i like the capacity and it's the only one this big market, i am truly disappointed. i swore i would never purchase anything from herbecause of her use of the n words, but was so impressed after watching her on evine/hg, i purchased anyway. AGAIN SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
