I purchased the Wegman's polish sausage instead of the usual kind I get, just to try it. Will not buy it again. I made it today with cabbage and potatoes. The outer skin was very tough, in fact the whole piece was tough. My husband had numerous pies of fat in chunks and actually got a small piece of bone. I got rid of the rest of it. Will not try it again. And, I like 99% of Wegmans products but not this one. So Don't buy it but thought you would like to know. User's recommendation: don't buy.
