MyTrendyPhone has extremely slow service. I sent them my iPad for a repair. It fell on the floor and screen was completely smashed. They said they'll fix it within a week. So I sent them the device and one week later received nothing back. When I contacted MyTrendyPhone they said they need more time. More time for what? It's not that difficult to replace the screen! They had my iPad for over a month and I have no idea what they were doing with it. Glad I received it back. Terrible slow service!
