Terrible service..manager sucked. Phone not set up.
Went to purchase new phone. Cresent City. Manager. Real huge guy don't remember his name. Helped me (LOL) I picked out phone. He's setting it up. Asked a few questions email etc Then said done. I was excited. I am 72 years old. He hands me phone and says here's your new number... I said what??? I don't want a new number I've had that one for 19 plus years, since my first cell phone. He looks and says too late that number gone. I'm devestated. I go home. Trying to use phone... Not set up.. I'm looking for icon to touch on screen for different apps. Not there. I go back girl there sets one up. Then I go home can't use email. Not set up go back to Cricket..same girl. She would not help me. I begged..please. trying to sell my home people wanted pictures. I am 72. Exhausted. Can't use apps.theg are not set up. Have gone back to store several times. They refuse to help me I'm a good person. Not angry . Been polite but at end of my rope.
