I bought an original l mattress factory mattress when I lived up north. I was completely satisfied with the product. I bought one down Florida and was very unhappy with it. I call the store and they send down a person to check it out. They said they can see when the mattress has been flipped and rotated and that I need additional brackets. I bought two new steel backets from them, but this did not solve the problem. After sleeping on this mattress for 14 months I am force to buy a new mattress from a different dealer. OMF wanted to take the mattress , repair it and return it. I inform them my back and my husband back was more important and I felt they should take the product , inspect it and try to find out what they was doing wrong to make such a terrible products. I ended up hanging up and realize it was a waist of my time talking to people who could only repeat the turn and flip message for the use of their product.
