Terrible mix up regarding mail order 859********

Ordered 3 items from your company the charge being $129.34 Canadian. The bill arrived on my Visa December 25 2020. stating my money order was charged on November 24th. Received email saying the order was on delivery tracking number 201255****237389, The order number 859********. Later received an email on Dec.11 stating they had received a request from me concerning a refund of $26.21 which I NEVER REQUESTED. Tracked the order as far as Hong Kong, then TiaWan. There was NO RECORD of my order. I would like a refund of $$129.34 This is very upsetting as they were Christmas Gifts. False advertising as I thought these gifts were coming from the United States of America User's recommendation: At this point in time NO RECOMMENDATIONS.
