Terrible business sense

Bought a wireless router in Aug 2017 from my internet provider. Fast forward to Jan 2018 it doesn't work. 2 hours with tech support from my internet provider and a tech being sent out for one hour. They verified it was the router. Called tech support then transferred to warranty then transferred to tech support again and still no resolution from them except that I need purchase products by a different brand. I never buy a Belkin product again nor will my family.
