They do not process returns and when you call they claim they have not received the items when you do have confirmation from UPS it has been delivered. They don't answer the phone. There system takes you to the customer service area and then hangs up on you. Never, Never order from this company. I'm waiting for over a week for a $290.00 credit. I will never order from this company again....you shouldn't either. Terrible!
