My husband purchased a television for me 11/25/16. The picture on my television started going black and then coming back on. I went to Best Buy where the television was purchased, to enquire as to why this was happening and how to rectify it. I was informed that the back light was going on my television, and that I needed to contact the manufacturer, and they would instruct me on how to get my television fixed /replaced.
