My account was put into deactivated mode until Chumba. I have not been given an answer except that I made a claim with my bank for other, not Chumba, illegal withdrawals by another company. I did not ask for any of Chumba's transactions be reviewed nor did I get any money from Chumba from this investigation. I would like my playing status returned to normal (back on). Tracy P
