Taking advantage of costumers because of this corona virus

Two days ago I bought a hair trimmer that was defective and did not work. today with receipt in hand I go to get my refund or exchange the employee said he can not take returns until the 16th of may what a crook so you stealing money selling defective products and telling people they have to wait for a virus to be over am reporting you because with policies like that you should be deemed nonessential. am very angry not for the 11 bucks because people like you are able to use a disaster to take advantage of people disgusting why sell a product if your not taking returns put a sign up because I spend over $50.00 every time I come to your store but never again will you or any other company with this policy get a penny again.. User's recommendation: dont shop here.
