Takes over great software and destroys it

Well, more than I know that their customer service is laughable at best, and that they refuse to deal with any version of their software that is more than 1 year old. However, they also LIE. Don't upgrade to anything they offer you; the newer versions wont read older backups, will corrupt data and refuse to start, and then they'll ask you to pay for their help -- which doesn't exist. Let's add that even if you decide it was a $575 lesson and throw away the new software, it has it's fingers so far into your registry that you wont be able to reinstall an older version. There's no way this isn't deliberate. AND they refuse to listen to requests from customers going back to 1999; they say they've kept all files related to peachtree, but only go back as far as 2011. If you need anything about your customer history, forget about asking for it. If you still have an old version of Peachtree (for smaller business only, I know), keep it. It's indestructible. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM SAGE AS POSSIBLE. THE SOFTWARE SUCKS NOW, AND THEY'RE CROOKS ON TOP OF IT ALL.
