They lied about it.One of my good customer said, there was no option for tip. They intentionally block your old repeated clients and pair you up with new clients so that they don’t have to pay you more. The other Homekeepers said same thing.On my schedule, I don’t have my old clients anymore. I am only getting new clients. Above 80 percent of my cleanings when customers are at home, they always give me a compliment about my cleanings or thank me for my service and most of the client have even tipped me 20$,15$ and 10$. If someone didn’t have cash, they have asked for my paypal or Venmo account so that they can transfer me the tip. Okay if not money, I have been offered mineral water bottle, coffee, soda and sometimes even snacks. I am not even lying. And when I see my Homekeeper app, it says only 40% positive reviews,30% blacklist rate.I mean like what. They do this on purpose so that you won’t do business outside Tidy with your regular clients. The client give wrong address, they will charge you. They stack up jobs too close so that you won’t be able to make it to another and they can take money out of your paycheck. They don’t make you sign any legal contracts with rules and regulations before you join Tidy and they come up with their own *** rules so that they don’t have to pay you. You have to buy your own stuffs and drive your own car and the new pay system hardly leaves 350$ in your pocket after all the expenses. There are some difficult customers and they will obviously take side of the customers not yours. This is the perfect example of modern day slavery. We use their platform to make money and they think they are making money because they are doing all the hard work. Tidy stop playing games with your workers and clients.
