Tablet do not work

NoI bought this tablet for my son on his birthday in November and the tablet have not been working since April been trying to contact someone the phone rings and then hangs up. Walmart will not take back and now my 9 year old dont have a tablet to play and since this COVID going on he have no ways of playing games and communication.
