Switching accounts did not work

Before opening a checking account, I was told by my banker they had switching service, which will make all transfers from my current account very easy and that it would be done in 15 minutes maximum and I would not need any help with that. The banker said that they had its own mobile application, which will be intuitively understood. Nothing like that in reality. The switching is taking already two days for me and I am still not able to figure out if it is working or not. Need to call the bank and ask for the help.

The app is also terrible, it bugs every other time, it is better not to update, otherwise it will not work at all.
