Dear Sir Behavoiur of Mr Sumit Kumar of branch mayur vihar ph 1 ext is very bad. He doesn't know how to talk with customer. I went to your branch to purchase some goods at around 9.30 pm. I told i will pay with paytm and then i paid the amt through paytm and money was deducted from my wallet and even i recd cashback. Mr Sumit told that your transaction has been declined as our bill has not been generated. I showed him the transaction id and told money has been deducted but he told me we cant give u goods you talk to customer care of paytm. I told him paytm doesn't have customer care no u write down id i haven't brought my wallet so i cant pay cash right now. But he refuse to entertain me and told me to go away as he can not give me products. I again requested him it night time. We can sort it in mrng. But he starting behaving rudely and told me to go he has to attend other customer and took away prodeuct from the counter and then i talk to his senior monu kumar who wrote my no add id and agreed to give me product How can brand like Apollo can keep such a nuisance staff and he even told his seniors i am like that only. Plz take care of your brand image and dont keep such a staff like Sumit kumar Regds [protected]
