Placed the order on Sunday morning with next day delivery. paid for delivery everything, next day nothing no updates if my order is getting prepared or anything like all normal company's does, got in contact with customer service nothing. no updates they dont know if this is ready or will be ready, waited till afternoon again contacted them again they dont know, on request to cancel my order received we cant guarantee 100 % as they dont know in what stage is my order. i asked why it gives option for next day delivery if its impossible to be delivered and got the answer from Eleanor that next day delivery doesnt mean next day it will take up to 4 days, so it means SUPERDRUG is making money from people placing order with called "next day delivery" which desn't exist. you cant cancel order as not 100% guaranteed what a rubish , company does this. User's recommendation: Never use Superdrug online shopping, no customer service, no any guarantees and probably i would get different items as this is not guaranteed to receive what you ordered.
