subscription cancelled without asking

I recently needed to downgrade my Reseller Package Subscription from 2 back to 1. I contacted the Support widget in their site on the 20th April 2018 and was replied to by Ganeshkumar on 23rd April, who asked me which plan I would like to change to. I informed him that I wanted to change to Reseller 1, out of the options available. I asked him on the 24th April when this would be actioned, as upgrading last year only took a matter of minutes. When I logged back in to my account on the 8th May, the package still had not been updated and I had to chase Ganeshkumar again. On the 9th he contacted me again asking what package I required!!! To make matters worse, it appears that on the 8th May, he cancelled my Reseller 2 subscription and now I cannot access my dashboard or any of the websites I have built for my customers! Moonfruit provide no means of complaining internally and now I have to use this site instead! I am concerned I will lose customers as a result of this sloppy customer service.
