7/15/2019 Since 7/10 this store has not restocked the Kroger Bran Flakes. Also in the recent past this store apparently finds it hard to keep the Kroger Half and Half in stock. Really??? You can't even stock your own Brands. This store also shuts down 18 of their 24 self-check stations way to early. I've been shopping in-store multiple times as early as 8:30 pm and there were only 6 self-check stations open. Several of these times there were 3-4 people waiting. Tonight at 9:30 pm I went to use the the self-check and there was a 5 customer queue waiting. I can't see that being acceptable customer service. My wife and I have shopped at this store for 9 years and we've noticed a distinct downward trend in customer service since Kroger has taken over operations. My wife and I have really been considering switching to Safeway, but then I'm sure Kroger could care less as we're only two customers and wouldn't hardly cause a ripple in your bottom line.
