ON 20/09/2021 we attended an aerobics class at 17:05 at the East London Beach Front gym, but half way through the class the small speakers used for the music cut off. We did not have music for the better half of the session and for only 5 minutes towards the end. They are currently using small portable speakers whose sound quality is just poor. This is demotivating as the class duration has already been reduced to 45 minutes and I do not expect this of Virgin Active.
