Bought a fan called sunrise. My installer brought it back because of the noise. Got another one. The noise began with the second one. Called and was told to call their electrician who charged 65 dollars. He ended up charging closer to a hundred. He changed the fan and the loud noise began again. Called dans fans and was told to call electrician again. Was told I had 6 weeks to get a hold of electrician so I wouldn’t be charged again. Electrician did not call back until after the 6 weeks had passed. He told me to speak with the manager. It just was endless and frustrating. The end up is I still have the fan and will have to buy another one because it’s so noisy it gets louder than the tv. The company is aware this fan makes noise because they told me this. It’s just not right. I’m worn down!
