Stress From The Beginning Of My Delivery!!!
I have been on the phone and sent e-mails to Crest Furniture today when my custom made couch was delivered : Oct 11th 2018. The couch arrived damaged with two chipped legs which the delivery men stated that no big deal just a replacement. I waited over two months for this custom made couch while Crest charged my credit card over two thousand dollars which I knew of and ordered despite the high price. Awful and my experience will not have closure probably until I will have to dispute the charges. No replies to e-mails I have sent to Crest Furniture and Flex Steel which they use for ordering custom made products. Flex Steel is Awful their customer service is terrible, rude and sarcastic. All I have from my e-mails an never replied to, lies of sending e-mails or just in general dealing with Crest Furniture just today upon delivery! I hate the experience I have had all day dealing with phone calls and e-mails. The stress and disappointment I have only creates the huge feeling I never should have chosen Crest Furniture You will too if you purchase form that store STAY AWAY from Crest Furniture take your business elsewhere! Debbie
