Store serving walk up orders before people waiting in drive thru. Very unprofessional.

I was in drive thru for 20 minutes and someone walked in front of all who were waiting to get their food. This walk up got served before the ten cars who properly used drive thru. It is not our fault you have no help. Everyone should have to obey the same rules but friends of your employees get whatever they want.
