Mats don’t fit, getting run around on return and refund

They sent the wrong mats, the mats did not match the part No. on the box, and the plastic bag they came in had a different part no. Am trying to get a return label and a refund, but, so far only a run-around. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.

Seat protector not worth the money

My wife bought me a rear seat protector for my 2018 Silverado. The item doesn’t fit the seat properly, once the doge get in the back seat the little elastic holders that are supposed to hold up the top of the seat protector to the seat don’t work. Water leaks through the fasteners

I purchased a 2015 chevy with the mats already in truck. I was excited to have them. Recently was out west hunting in a lot of snow and thought carpet would be protected. I was wrong. Water leaked through the fasteners and soaked my carpet. Beware!! User’s recommendation: Beware.
