Still waiting on replacement shoes that I ordered in February/March

I ordered some shoes back at the end of February (AF98553). The size was to small, so I sent them back and they were received on April 11th at 8.51am. I have tried several times via email to find out what is happening with my order. I get a reply saying they will escalate my issue, but as of today still I have not heard or received my replacement shoes. At this point I am very very frustrated as there is no customer service to speak of to talk to. So now I just want my money back. I have done everything they have asked of me by providing my original order number and the tracking number from USPS but still nothing. What can I do now, its so frustrating when you cant speak to someone direct and this company hides behind emails and faceless.
