I have contacted them close to every 4-5 days. My withdraw is now no longer pending and had been approved. I found out by logging in and my request was gone. So I had to live chat some questions. As of today they have sent my wire transfer to my bank. So I guess I will find outfits I receive it in 5-7 business days like they said. User's recommendation: Be polite but don’t kiss butt.... and hopefully you will get your winnings. If you even choose to deposit with this site. (I wouldn’t suggest it).
