Still waiting for reset email…..

Requested reset for my online info and STILL (3 hours later) haven't received any email link. Made 3 requests online and called in once. Now can't get an answer on the 24 hour line. Have also tried this a few times over past few months without success. AND they slammed me with $15 in superfluous ATM fees this month. User's recommendation: Get an account with a credit union.
