They can debit my card and ship to me in 2 days but when I ship my contacts back for a refund it takes forever. Been at least 2 weeks since I sent them back. I have been buying with this company since they came out because I'm able to wear them more than daily, so I'm fortune to be able to see at a lower cost. But my prescription changed, so I mailed them back and was told I would get a refund. Most likely going to cancel my subscription. User's recommendation: Keep track of you shipping date. I always forget it because I have them ship every 56 days.
