Still waiting for item ordered June 17th

I ordered 2 items in June, received ONE and the other was shipped to another country according to the tracking. I sent a email and got a generic saying it was being shipped again, it's now August 28 and no item. I requested a refund and the emails stopped!!! So frustrating DO NOT order from this company! User's recommendation: Don't waste your money.
