ON 12/14/20, I rented a car at Hertz in Groton Ct 06340 and had to pay a $200 cash deposit as they would not take debit cards only credit cards which I do not have. After numerous calls to that office and emails to the complaint offices, I have still not received my refund. The manager Anne called me once a month ago, she no longer calls back after many more calls to her and as of today 3/22/21 I do not have an answer nor my funds. I was told about 6 weeks -car returned 12/26/20 to same office-RR H41386601-2019 Nissan Veh 01797/8300063. I have left many voice mails and no return calls.
