Still No Gift Card

I ordered a gift card on Dec 17 and still, to this day, Dec 30, have not received it. I called and followed up with Pac Sun on Dec 23, spoke to Alex, a supervisor, and he assured me I would have the card in 2 days. I have nothing! User's recommendation: Don't bother with this company.
