Still no 1095-A!

My family and I had coverage all year, no 1095A was generated and been calling since Feb 1st to get one. This has held our taxes in limbo and the IRS demanding the form. I am livid, no customer service can help but to say someone will call. It’s been 5 months, no call!!!!
