Still has many glitches

I had nine clients on Saturday and the credit card only worked two or three times. I had to manually enter in the number For the remainder of the clients, which in turn, as you know, increases the percentage you deduct. I’m not sure what’s going on and I don’t have time to call in between clients to disconnect and reconnect it. I made sure that the Wi-Fi was on. It just doesn’t make sense since it works and I have to manually enter it in a couple times and then it works again and have to manually enter it in a couple times. Not to mention, when I received the credit card machine there was an air bubble underneath the plastic and I would like to get some information if I can exchange it.
