They came out, claimed to have found two leaks in the vinyl. One was on the bottom of the pool and the other in the corner by the stairs. They patched the bottom of the pool and said ''its temporary'' and we cannot do anything with the stairs, the waters too cold and the expoxy putty wont stick. Sometime later I called them back and told them my water temp. was 68 now and they can come back and finish the job. Their tune changed, 'oh, its just a temporary putty thing'', it wont last, better call a pool guy to come and redo that area. I insisted they come and finish their job I paid 350.00 for. They were very reluctant and when we hung up, the field supervisors phone was still on and I heard him berating me in a bad way to his workers while they all laughed. I immediately called him back and told him I heard every word he said....he was embarrassed, got defensive and yelled ''we don't want your business'' and hung up. I called Jimmy Carter at Corporate...ha! did absolutely NO GOOD AT ALL.... Stay away from these people, all they want is your quick money and once they have it..........bye bye baby...
