We were in Gatlinburg for a family gathering and decided to go to Mellow Mushroom as we had great experiences in the past there with gatherings but not the one in Gatlinburg. I ordered a salad and my wife and son and his wife had pizza. We were watching the end of the Alabama-LSU Game as they have many TVs and waited literally an hour before we got our meals. I ordered the regular SPinach Salad and it was aweful. Many of the leaves were off color and the portion size was smaller than you'd get at most Wendy's through a drive through. The pizza ordered as well had crusts that were very chewy. On top of that as the game ended we asked our server if he could please tune one of the 30+ Tvs in the restaurant to the University of Georgia game and he said he would check. Soon thereafter a manager named David came by with remotes and when we kindly asked him to turn on the Georgia game on one set, David responded we're turning all the TV's onto Tennessee, you can get over it as you're in Tennessee now. At first, we were taken back but then learned from our server this was the manager and he was unapologetic about the Tvs or the game. We then asked the server to please ask the manager to come back in respect to the meal and he never showed up and our server could only apologize. Terrible Hospitality and it may be a while again before I return to any Mellow Mushrooms as truly this was a bad experience on many fronts.
