Update by user Dec 21, 2019 This is a real disappointment. I have a lot of ornaments hence the need for a 9 foot tree. For it to be not what I paid 200.00 for which is a lot of money after Christmas when things go on sale. I bought it specifically cause it said one bulb goes out the whole tree stays lit. False advertising since an entire section dosent light. Stand behind your inferior product and send me a working tree. The proof of purchase wasent good enough for this company so they just said no and dropped the ball. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. I am going to contact a local BBB to resolve this product to my satisfaction as I am the paying customer that no longer has a fully working Christmas Tree that I paid for. Original review posted by user Dec 21, 2019 simple one section dosent light at all went from a 9 foot to a 6 foot tree and not very pleased at all this tree was 200.00 and I didn't get close to getting my money;s worth. Contacted company to explain and provided a receipt still not good enough they did NOTHING. Next course of action is to contact the BBB. No value for the money at all.
