I bought a box of Franzia Moscato wine. A couple days later, I wanted to open it but couldn't. The bag was somehow pressed into the box itself. I couldn't open it. I took it back to Walmart in Wilmington, N.C. They refused to give me my money back stating, that it was a law. No returns on alcohol. I was left with a box of wine that I couldn't drink. I put it in a shopping cart outside and poked *** in the bag with a pen. This is the fault of quality control. I'm out $18. Not happy.
