Stalling me on reviewing and responding to a claim, requesting info that’s NONE of their business

We planned a trip with my mother. Mom has since been told by her doctor she cannot travel. I'm trying to get these clowns to pay up, and they are making it impossible for us. I gave them about 10 documents from the airline and my mom's doctor. They came back saying they need basically her full medical records. I'm sorry, but her medical records are NOT their business, and that's incredibly intrusive. They have what they need, which is the doctor's letter saying she can't travel. Don't bother getting this "insurance." They'll find an excuse not to pay. And they NEVER answer the darn phone. You'll grow cobwebs sitting on hold. User's recommendation: Don't bother. Take your chances on being able to travel.
