There is only one UPS store in my city and the staff in there refuse to wear masks. I've been sent some sensitive information with a UPS envelope and I asked to have someone come to my house and pick it up without a charge. They said no and Paige refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I don't believe that it is acceptable to ask me to risk my health and possibly my life to send this package. User's recommendation: Do not use UPS in Winchester VA.
