My cats were taken care of in there JUST for convenience, since they are close to our home; the first ...time I remember I was upset was when my male cat was neutered there and they returned to me wet in his own *** without even cleaning him up. I passed page then; afterwards I brought him there and my other 2 cats as I say JUST for convenience purposes, but today, as I write, Nov.21-2011 we brought our 13 year old female cat, which has a back condition; she needed some labs to be done to measure her liver and kidneys levels and c. They took her into a separate room, two ''nurses'' which to me they were more like executioners, and from the outside of the room i HEARD HORRIBLE PAIN SCREAMS COMING FROM THE ROOM WHERE MY CAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TAKEN BLOOD FROM. I couldn't take it anymore, neither my girlfriend who was there with me, and we did run both into the room, we did open the door and we discover two ''nurses'' holding strongly down our cat with their ELBOWS ON OUR CAT'S BACK WHILE THEY WERE EXTRACTING HER BLOOD. On top of that they punctured her neck and since they were NOT competent enough to ascertain the vein from there, they went to our cat's thigh to see if from there now ''magic' happens. I did explain to the Owner Dr. Tracey Thomas of this establishement about the happening and I did express my disgust and also I did express that my girlfriend due to this had FAINTED BECAUSE OF THEM. This repulsive women couldn't care less about the whole affair and just wanted to dismiss us because the whole affair was an inconvenience to their vet-image. I didnt want to be charge for the labs and I prostested about it and she didnt listen at all and she did charge us for it. If I must say, if you are a Hitler Lover, PLEASE GO to this clinic they sure know how to treat DOGS and CATS and other animals!! ps: Before we got into a consultation-room, the nurse walked out in the middle of the lobby with a bagged dead-dog which they dropped into a trash can. Then they invited us to go into the same room with out cats.
