Very disappointed. Returned items which were far too small via free post. Sadly Royal Mail lost parcel. Discussed with company and was advised via phone I would get immediate refund and matter would be taken up with RM. nothing received. A week later received an email to say refund was processed on that day, nothing received. Emailed, no reply. Called company, no reply, left message with the ‘overflow team', no reply. Please can someone sort this out, really poor customer service over and issue that's not difficult to resolve.
