Never ans or its the wrong number or office hours or 830 too 530 i call 830 a.m. i call 12p.m. i call 3pm get same results i live on the east coast my there in germany somewhere thats 8 hours but it always the west coast thats a 2 hour diff. I go to the store they say cant help u u have too call the main number so i do same old crap i spend alot at models sportinh goods.
