I live in Marion In and I own a Craftic Matic bed. two times something under the bed blew (with a loud sound) and there was small pieces of black plastic all over the bedroom so can't use my bed. First time it was under warranty and they paid for it to be fixed. Second time it was not under warranty so they would not pay for it. I don't even know what this black thing is. I woulld like to know. The second one cost over $200.00 so my husband didn't want to do the repairs himself So now I am without a working bed. Linda Russell 1915 w James Dr Marion In 46952
