So unhappy

I just bought a home and the family had a small dog. The guy from chemdry came to clean my carpet and said that there was no urine in the carpet. 2 days later the carpet smelled of old foul *** The carpet appeared to be clean but it really wasn’t. This is a trash carpet cleaning company!!!!!!!
