I called Bonfe to fix a dripping tub faucet. It cost $530!! I was shocked and am disappointed that a company would be so overtly overpriced. I felt swindled. Once they were here the service call is non refundable and as a non-plumber it was hard to know what to do. I went ahead and had them do the work but will never use the company again and am telling everyone I know not to call them. They also spent an hour before they ever looked at the faucet pressuring me to buy a service plan which is clearly another way to sell their overpriced services by doing future inspections and then charging too much for services they find that are needed. Be forewarned and do not call this company!
