Sneaky and lies

They lost our loan paperwork and money, gave personal information to a person not on my loan then lied and told me to come in to resign the paperwork and when I did, they snuck out and took my tag and car and said they were pulling my loan. All because of their mess up. User's recommendation: Dont go there if you want honesty.
