Their client hit me (they're fault) and 19 days later ....no evidence of a solution, can't even tell me if my car is totaled or repairable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. they are not trustworthy. They milk your patients and your wallet. I am still waiting for some definitive information about my vehicle... even if you have to pay a deductible, go through you own insurance company. this company is unorganized and un-respondent. Poor service doesn't even cover the issues. Vera Valdez is the adjuster I dealt with, she doesn't do her job in a timely manner. the whole experience has been a nightmare. I will be writing bad reviews for this company everywhere I can.
