hello my name is Ellen Glennon. I purchased four packages of your size 10 underwear at Kmart in Mattydale. I am having a very big problem with them rolling down at the waist I was going to bring them back to Kmart and they are closing their store and are not accepting any return I was wondering if there's any way that you could please help me out?
